When the VENOM 1M was designed, we decided to offer a new 36/600 at the same time. They have exactly the same sections, but the 36 version has those sections spaced closer together, resulting in a shorter overall length, and less displacement. The fin is deeper to give the same stability with the reduced ballast. Rig heights, like the VENOM 1M, are 60", 54"(std.), and 48" luff, masthead rigs. LOA 36", LWL 35.5", Beam 7", Rocker 1.75", Ballast (std.) 3.5 lbs., Draft (15" fin) 18.5", Displacement 5.2 lbs., (4.8 - 5.4 lbs. OK).
