Welcome to my Web site designed to provide you and your student success in my Earth Science class. My goal is to provide parents the information of when homework is due and the dates of upcoming quizzes and tests. Also provided are teacher created class notes in PDF file format for those students who were absent when the notes were given.

Please note, to avoid students from stop taking notes in class because they can be gained online, I am only posting the notes a couple days before the quiz or test date. It is the students' responsibility to take notes or copy them from a classmate, and keep them for study. As stated, if a student can't get a copy of the notes, this Web site will provide them a couple days to get the notes, study them, and be ready for the quiz or test.

For every student from the first grade through graduate school, should have a good attitude towards their education, being attentive in class and non-distracting, take good notes, read all reading assignments, do all in-class work and labs, and study to obtain good grades. Not doing any of these and/or doing marginal work will only produce lack-luster grades. Hopefully this Web page will help students avoid problems if they are willing to work and study.

One of the biggest academics problems between parent and student is accurate information coming from the student to the parent/s of when homework is due and when are the quizzes and tests, so the parent/s can make sure their student is studying. Information on homework will be posted on the same day it is given and notices of quizzes and test will be posted as soon as they are known. This site will allow parents the needed information from the teacher at any time to help keep their students on track and studying for success.
