Back in the October 1997 issue, there was an article by D. Wayne Hoffman on how to put a perfect finish on keel bulbs. In the article, it states how to use an epoxy to put a nice coating on. This coating will provide an incredibly smooth finish on the bulb.
Well a question was asked, 'What kind of epoxy was D. Wayne using?', here is the answer. It is 'Z-POXY Finishing Resin', it is available at Hobby Shack. Other finishing epoxies should work just well, but the key is that the epoxy has to be a 'finishing' product suitable for sanding.
