· Model Yachting Resource News and the Model Yachting Resource Center may accept donations from advertisers or the advertising agency to help defray the cost of Internet site.

· Model Yachting Resource Center and Model Yachting Resource News takes no responsibility for any advertiser's claims or products.

· The publication is at least a bimonthly publication and advertisements will run in each publication unless other arrangements are agreed upon between the publisher and advertiser or the advertising agency.

· Advertisements in the Model Yachting Resource News will be no larger than a quarter page in size.

· Model Yachting Resource News reserves the right to seek selected advertisements from hobby suppliers at no charge in order to provide information to visitors or readers on model boating.
